Welcome to The Terri Project. These terms and conditions describe the use of our services. Please read them carefully. These are the things to which you must agree if we work on a project together.

Acceptance of Terms

If you engage in using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, we will not provide any services to you.

The Terri Project Engagements

Participation by The Terri Project in any projects is done at our sole discretion.

Decisions regarding whether to engage, when to engage, what scope of work The Terri Project will undertake, and the estimated schedule and delivery of any work product is at the sole discretion of The Terri Project.

You understand that The Terri Project will make a best effort to complete any scoped out work. However, it is possible that the work may not be able to be performed, in part, in whole, or in a reasonable time frame. If that occurs, you agree to hold The Terri Project harmless as described elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.

The choice of tools, technologies, and other service providers used in any project is done at the sole discretion of The Terri Project.

You agree to let The Terri Project showcase any project work we do for you on our web site and in any other materials we choose. That may include but is not limited to the name and description of your organization, any work we did and any IP we created, as well as any other aspect of the project that we choose.

Your Role

You play an important role in the success of a project. You understand that you are responsible for helping to develop the details of what will be done, of providing content and images where appropriate, and maintaining communication with The Terri Project throughout the project.

You understand that you will be responsible for operating and maintaining any solutions that The Terri Project creates for you. You agree to work with The Terri Project throughout the course of the project to get the training and information you need to fulfill these duties.

Intellectual Property

All content created by The Terri Project, including text, images, graphics, logos, code, processes, etc, is the property of The Terri Project and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You will be free to use the output from engaging with The Terri Project as a non-exclusive licensee of that content. You may not reproduce or distribute any content created by The Terri Project without prior written consent from The Terri Project.

Limitation of Liability

The Terri Project makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of service we provide.

The Terri Project is not liable and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Terri Project for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

If you engage in a project with The Terri Project, you agree to try and resolve any disputes directly with a principal or his designee of The Terri Project. If it cannot be resolved, you agree to a complete and final resolution of any and all issues by mediation done in Phoenix, Arizona, using a mediator of The Terri Project's choice.
